Looking for January poetry submissions currently open? Our quarterly literary magazine, Poems, Tales & Other English Words, is welcoming poetry and artwork for Issue #5 – the Poetry Edition.

We welcome submissions from new and established poets alike, and we actively encourage work from voices often overlooked by mainstream publishing.

Each issue has its own theme, and we are committed to publishing thoughtful, original work from both emerging and established creatives.

Publication date: 1 March 2027

There is no fee to submit, and we welcome poetry and artwork from contributors worldwide.

What We’re Looking For

  • Poetry – all styles, forms, and themes welcome
  • Artwork and illustration for cover and interior pages
  • Genre: Any

  • Include a short cover note and third-person bio
  • Attach poems as .doc, .docx, or .pdf files
  • Send artwork as high-quality images or portfolio links
